NY-Alert Help and Support - My Cell Carrier is not in the drop down. What should I do now?

If your SMS / Text Messaging carrier or provider is not in the list on the "Contacts" section of the "My Account" page or the "Phone" section of the "enroll" page, we might not be able to send you SMS messages. Please contact NY-Alert Support at support@nyalert.gov and we will be happy to look into adding your carrier.
